• Get The Word Out!
– Hand paint a canvas banner that includes the name of your organization, the date of the bake and any pertinent information such as silent auction or raffle.
– Deliver the banner to the hearth no later than two (2) weeks prior to your bake.
– Develop a “co-branded” meme for use across social media that must be approved by us. Tag us when you post.
– Publicize your event using your organization’s email database to reach your supporters. Include us in those emails.
– Consider contacting local newspapers and radio stations weeks in advance to se if they might add you to their events section or give you a shout out or two.
– Distribute fliers to local merchants asking if they would post in their shops. Bring us some too!
– Prepare a co-branded post-event press release and distribute, after approval, using your social media, email database and local contacts so that we continue to build awareness for your organization.
• Have a representative of your organization attend your Community Bake with materials to share about your organization’s mission and efforts.
• Be engaged with us throughout the project in a timely manner.
In exchange for this commitment Flatbread Company commits to helping you be successful as well as will donate $3.50 for each large and $1.75 for each small flatbread sold during your Community Bake. Above all, we would like to thank you and your organization for the efforts that you are making to better our neighborhoods, communities and the world at large.
